The Habit Machine习惯机器

A habit is a behavior the brain has compiled to run without conscious effort; it loops cue → routine → reward, and repetition wires it into the basal ganglia until the cue alone triggers the whole sequence. You cannot delete a habit loop — only reroute the routine while keeping the cue and reward intact.习惯是大脑已经编译好、无需有意识努力即可运行的行为;它沿着"线索→行为→奖励"循环运转,重复将其刻入基底神经节,直到线索本身就能触发整个序列。你无法删除习惯回路——只能在保留线索与奖励的前提下,替换中间的行为。
